Terms and Conditions

Deposit and Payment Terms:

1. Deposit Requirement: A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service.

2. Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. A rescheduling fee based off of the number of days booked for services will be charged to cover shop rental and administrative costs.

3. Cancellation Policy: If for ANY reason you cancel your appointment after making the deposit the deposit will NOT be refunded.

4. Final Payment: The remaining full balance for your service is due on the day of pickup, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Late Payments: Any late payments will incur a late fee of 5% per day, after invoice due date.

6. Agreement to Deposit Terms: By making the deposit, you are agreeing to our non refund policy and are eligible to enter into a contract for services.

 

Installation Process:

1. All vinyl wraps are applied with the highest level of care and professionalism by our certified installers.

2. Slight imperfections or visible seams may occur due to the nature of vinyl material and vehicle design. These are normal and not considered defects.

3. Any issues with the installation must be reported within 72 hours of completion to qualify for any adjustments or corrections.

 

Warranty:

Vinylogy provides a warranty for the workmanship of the vinyl fitted to customers’ cars for a duration of one year across all applications. This warranty covers any issues arising from the installation process or defects in the materials used. Additionally, the material used may increase this warranty time based on the manufacturer's guarantee.

1. Exclusions:

a. Customer Damage: The warranty does not cover damages to the wrap caused by the customer, including but not limited to scratches, tears, or abrasions.

b. Cosmetic Damage: Any cosmetic damage to the car, whether or not directly related to the wrap installation, is not covered under this warranty. Inclusive of paint or lacquer peel issues. *If we have the opportunity to fix issues such as this, we will do so at a loyalty discount.

2. Limitations: The warranty is limited to the workmanship of the vinyl installation and does not extend to any other parts of the vehicle. Vinylogy reserves the right to inspect the vehicle to determine if the warranty claim is valid.

3. Claim Process: In the event of a warranty claim, customers are required to contact Vinylogy directly. Our team will assess the issue and determine if it falls within the scope of the warranty coverage.

 

Vinyl Wrap Lifespan & Care:

1. Lifespan: The expected lifespan of a vinyl wrap is typically 5-7 years, depending on factors such as vehicle care, exposure to elements, and usage.

2. Care and Maintenance: Regular cleaning and maintenance are required to prolong the life of the wrap. We recommend hand washing and avoiding harsh chemicals or automatic car washes. Further instructions are added to the card that is attached to the mirror during pickup.

3. Failure to maintain the wrap properly can result in decreased durability, for which Vinylogy is not responsible.

 

Logo Disclosure:

1. By agreeing to these terms, the customer acknowledges that Vinylogy will place a subtle logo underneath the wrap on the gas cap or another concealed location.

2. This logo does not affect the aesthetics or functionality of the wrap, and is intended solely as a mark of craftsmanship.

 

Disputes & Chargebacks:

1. Disputes: Any disputes regarding the quality or completion of services must be raised within 72 hours of service completion.

2. Chargebacks and Fraud: Chargebacks or claims of fraud are not valid after the customer has submitted the deposit and accepted delivery of the wrapped vehicle. Vinylogy is not responsible for fraudulent use of payment methods that have passed through secure third-party systems (e.g., QuickBooks).

3. Unresolved Disputes: Any disputes that remain unresolved may be escalated to mediation or legal proceedings at the discretion of Vinylogy.

 

Liability:

1. Vinylogy is not liable for any damages incurred during the wrapping process unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

2. Any pre-existing damage to the vehicle (e.g., scratches, dents, rust) will be noted before installation. Vinylogy is not responsible for any damage not directly caused by the wrap.

 

Agreement:

By proceeding with the service, you agree to all the above terms and conditions and are eligible to enter into a contract for services. Failure to comply with payment terms or attempts to dispute charges after accepting the payment and final product will be subject to legal action.
